Thank you everyone for all the nominations! A few things to clear up:

First, for the relationships tagset, there are two main reasons why nominations haven't been accepted yet:
1) You haven't disambiguated your ships. Please put the fandom or a short form of it in parentheses after you've listed the ship and hinge.
For example:
Luo Binghe/Original Luo Binghe/Shen Yuan | Shen Qingqiu (hinge Shen Yuan) (SVSSS)

2) You haven't specified a hinge. Remember that you CAN specify Any.

Other Relationship Tagset Questions:
Detective Conan nominator, by 'Female Character' do you mean Original Female Character or do you mean Any (canonical) Female Character?

Widow/Her First Wife Back From the Dead/Her Second Wife (F/F/F) nominator, you don't need the (F/F/F) since the genders are baked into the tag; you do however need the hinge and (OW) at the end of the tag.

Now, for the Freeforms Tagset:
If your tag hasn't been accepted, it is probably because it doesn't have a prefix attached to it (ie, Scenario, Relationship, Omegaverse, etc.). The reason for the prefixes is to help make the tagset easier to browse. If you're not sure what prefix to attach, feel free to workshop it with people or post here in the replies for assistance.

Other Freeform Tagset Question:
Nominator of "Scenario - B is hinge for A and C; D also confesses love for A and C and the group becomes a foursome" - because of the nature of the ships getting approved, I can't guarantee that you will match with Character D to whoever is assigned to write for you. Also, I'm not sure this tag prompt is fully in the nature of the exchange given that this is about V-shaped polyamory permutations, but I'll admit I'm not one hundred percent sure about this, so I'm willing to be convinced. Please comment below or email the modmail with your thoughts on both concerns, thank you!
